Does my agent speak several languages?
Yes. The agent understands and replies in French, English and Mauritian Creole. It switches language automatically based on how the caller speaks to it.
Who hears the calls?
No one at Axon. Transcripts are encrypted and stored on your tenant. You access them from your dashboard. Retention is configurable, 30 days by default.
What if the agent doesn't understand?
It says so, rephrases, then hands off to a human with full context already noted. No infinite loop, no "I didn't catch that" five times over.
Can we change the voice?
Yes. Five preset voices in French, Creole and English. Human voice cloning on request (Enterprise plan), with mandatory written consent.
Integration with my existing tools?
